All the electric products you purchase here at Big Nine Nine,

we provide a year warranty. (It still depends on different products)

For example: Warranty for alarm clocks/clocks is 3 month. 

If the product malfunctions during the warranty period and needs to be fixed. Please attach the warranty card that we gave when purchasing and ship/take it back to us.

 

We will ask our suppliers to fix it for you(It might take around 1-2 weeks, depends on the level of damage.)

Kind Reminder: Human damage is not included.

在大九九購買的電器商品,大部分會提供一年的保固(依商品不同會有所變化)。

保固係指: 在大九九大賣場提供之保固期間,若商品有問題需維修,可經由本賣場代替送修

 

鬧鐘/時鐘類保固為三個月

(如產品本身有另附保固卡,則以保固卡上所告知的保固期間為主,但須由顧客自行聯絡原廠安排送修)

 

在保固期間若商品故障需送修,到店時憑商品附的保固卡,我們將會為您送修(維修為1-2個星期不等,依照產品故障程度而定) 

 

過保商品:如有需要協助送修過保商品,則會先斟酌$150的檢測費,將商品送至廠商端檢測並報價維修費,或可接受並同意送修$150的檢測費則會直接內扣維修費;若決定不維修檢測費則不退費。

 

為避免電子類商品之瑕疵,造成雙方退換貨不便

我們在出貨之前都會先進行商品測試,

如收到商品有開封過的情況,乃是因測試所需,商品都是新品,所有配件都是完整~請您別擔心!

(密封性包裝之產品則不會做檢測)

 

請注意:人為損害不再保固範圍呦~
