📌 Shipping partners:
Shipping fee
▶Free shipping(pick up at convenience store) for a minium purchase of $1500 NTD(Taiwan main island only), otherwise $90 for deliver to door & $63 for picking up at concenience store.
Reminder
1. After completing the payment(Not including the day of placing orders), we will ship your package in 1-3 working days. (Except holidays and weekends.)
2. We schedule delivery from 10:00-17:00, Mondays to Fridays, we do not schedule any delivery on weekends.
3. During holidays, if we have more orders, encounter natural disater or other force majeures, the shipment might be delayed.
4. Choosing 【Deliver to door】, the delivery date depends on the logistics company's schedule.
5. Choosing 【Picking up at convenience store】, please keep an eye on your messager. Once you receive messagers, please pick up your package in 7 days. Otherwise the extra shipping fee will be charged.
Invoice/Receipt
▶Paper Receipt: We will send the receipt with the package. If you purchase the products that require warranty, please make sure the receipt is attached.
(Normally, you may claim reimbursements in this form of receipt, please provide us company's tax ID number.)
▶E-Receipt(Cloud receipt): Please provide us your mobile barcode(carrier), if one doesn't provide, we will send the receipt with the package.
▶Apply for reimbursement (tripllicate): Please provide your company letterhead and tax ID number.
