作法
👉步驟一:155g蛋白(約4顆)+30g細砂糖+1g塔塔粉混和均勻攪拌至完全打發階段
👉步驟二:100g鬆餅粉+30g沙拉油+50g蛋黃(約3顆)+30g鮮奶的材料混合均勻
👉步驟三:將步驟一打發蛋白以少量多次加入步驟二的絞拌混和
👉步驟四:不沾平底鍋抹薄油,中火預熱後轉小火,用湯匙舀2匙至平底鍋
👉步驟五:蓋上鍋蓋以小火慢慢煎,約2-2.5分鐘再翻面煎至金黃色即可
